Party Package:

We are located in Prosper, TX and charge $1.00 per mile if party location requires us to travel outside of a 15 mile radius of 75009. Thank you for understanding!

To Reserve a date: please see our Booking tab and complete the form. Once we receive that, you can reserve the date with a $75.00 deposit.

If you need to have the party set up UPSTAIRS, there will be a set-up fee:

$50 for up to 5 tents

$75 for up to 8 tents

$100 for up to 12 tents

Package #1:

Booking requires a minimum of 2 Teepees, for full-service set-up and take-down & fully styled tents! Set up time can range from approximately 30 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how many tents!

Price:

  • $50 per tent (up to 4 tents)

  • $55 per tent (5-7 tents)

  • $60 per tent (8-10 tents)

  • $65 per tent (11+ tents)

    prices vary due to time & labor involved in loading & unloading, transporting, set-up & take-down.

  • Reduced Pricing Option: If you would like to rent the tents without air mattresses, sheets, and blankets (have guests bring a sleeping bag), deduct 20% from the total cost.

  1. We will schedule a design & budget meeting, via phone or in-person, prior to commitment.

  2. A 50% deposit will be required to cover styling costs and the purchase of specific items.

  3. Total cost will be determined based on your design preferences & budget.

How it works

Choose your theme and package: Browse our Themes and either select one of our standard packages (feel free to mix & match or purchase your own decor— doesn’t have to be a “specific” theme) for your child's party. We offer a variety of themes and package options to suit your preferences and budget.

Book your reservation: Once you've selected your theme and package, use our online booking system to reserve your desired date and time. We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability.

Pay the deposit: To secure your reservation, we require a $100 deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the event/party date.

Delivery and setup: We'll deliver and set up everything at either 10am or 12pm on the day of your event/party. We'll require a clear path to the entrance and a space that's free of furniture. **Please let us know in advance if you need help moving any furniture.

Enjoy the party: Once everything is set up, it's time to enjoy the party!

Pickup and cleanup: We'll return the next day to collect everything at either 10am or 12 pm. Please ensure that the area is clean and free of any damage. We reserve the right to charge for any damages or lost/stolen rental equipment.

  • DFW area~ our office is located in Prosper, TX. Notably, delivery charges will apply if the distance exceeds 20 miles.

  • 3 TeePee minimum is required to book, and up to 12 total TeePee’s. We can certainly accommodate larger parties with advanced notice- but please note: this would be considered a customized party with an additional charge.

  • Size of TeePee with mattress: 7ft x 4ft

  • Each TeePee comes with an air mattress (blown up during setup), hypoallergenic sheets & blanket~ each child should bring their own pillow.

  • Our prices vary depending on the package you choose. Please refer to our pricing page for more information.

  • We recommend booking as early as possible to ensure availability. Our tents are in high demand, so the sooner you book, the better.

  • Life happens, it’s ok! If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, please reach out and we will work with you to figure it out. Note: the deposit is non-refundable along with any add-on’s that were purchased for a customized party.

  • Absolutely! Our goal is to bring your vision to life. so any creative input is encouraged, but certainly not expected. We are a team of mothers, daughters, sisters, wives, and friends—we understand the juggling act of life. Some seasons afford us the luxury to go above and beyond, while others leave us scrambling for a spare moment to even think about a cake. Our sole mission is to craft an unforgettable day for you and your precious dreamer.

  • Professionally cleaned. We wash all blankets and linens before and after use. Decorative pillows, trays, and other decor are spot cleaned, steamed and sanitized after each use. For sanitary reasons we ask each guest to bring their own sleeping pillow to sleep on.

  • We typically take 60-90 minutes to set up and 60-90 minutes for take down

  • We recommend booking for the maximum number of guests that you may have as we can not guarantee that additional items will be available.

  • No. We take sanitization of our supplies very seriously. All linens are professionally washed in hypo-allergenic, plant based, antibacterial detergent after each use. All materials are disinfected after each party.

  • We don’t stay and host your party, but we will make sure everything is set up as you need before we leave!

  • Unfortunately, no. These TeePee’s were designed to be used indoors only.
